The Full-Service Design package is your custom interior design solution. From our initial discovery meeting to the final sign-off, you will have someone in your corner to design, guide, and oversee your project.

We’ll start with an initial design discovery consultation. From there, I’ll review and audit your refurbishment facility’s proposal to identify any overlooked details and ensure cohesive design throughout.

Next is a site visit at your desired location. Here I’ll share materials, fabrics, and renderings to help you visualize and select a design. Alongside a personalized materials list, I source and procure additional amenities, including custom pillows, bedding, and flatware.

Design specifications are finalized and shared with your refurbishment facility to start the installation. As the installation begins, my role is to manage as needed and collaborate or advocate with your selected installer. I also conduct a mid-project inspection to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Lastly, a final sign-off occurs following an inspection. This is typically done one week before the plane is ready to leave. The final inspections include the exterior elements if we’re also completing exterior design in the scope.

The exterior design of your plane is just as important as the interior details. While most clients complete the exterior during design development, you may select it exclusively.

We’ll start with an initial design discovery consultation. From there, I’ll provide up to five initial rendering options and unlimited revisions as needed.

Once we finalize your exterior aircraft design and approve a rendering, you’ll receive paint samples and the specifications necessary to ensure flawless execution by your refurbishment facility.
